Once the time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes before manually releasing the remaining pressure.
Next, strain the liquid from the pot using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, making sure to press out as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids and let the liquid cool to room temperature.
Once the liquid has cooled, stir in the raw honey until it is fully dissolved. Transfer the syrup to a glass jar or bottle and store it in the refrigerator. Your homemade elderberry syrup is now ready to use!
