Cancellation policy

Subscriptions:
Customers may cancel or modify their subscription at any time before their next billing date. To cancel, log into your customer account or contact us at [your email] at least 3 business days before your next charge. Once a renewal order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Preorders & Backorders:
Preorders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as materials and production may already be underway. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items:
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

General Note:
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including those suspected of fraudulent activity.
